Agreement to These Terms

Player Eligibility Requirements

Account Registration and Security
You must provide a valid mobile number or email address, a password and all other information required during registration. dq999 may verify information you provide before activating your account. Account activation is at dq999's sole discretion.
KYC Verification
dq999 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with responsible platform management practices. You may be required to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Account Security Obligations
You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dq999 will treat any activity conducted under your account as activity performed by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must take the following steps immediately:
- 1 Change your password immediately through your account settings panel.
- 2 Contact dq999 support as soon as possible with full details of the suspected unauthorised access.
- 3 Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if it is not already active on your account, as an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All dq999 account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in BDT via supported payment methods, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank. dq999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
Deposit Rules
Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing system. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the point of deposit. dq999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dq999 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a withdrawal request is approved and processed:
- 1 Your account must have completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed verification cannot process any withdrawal requests.
- 2 Any wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to your account must be fulfilled in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
- 3 Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your dq999 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- 4 dq999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. Processing times may vary between 1 and 5 business days depending on the payment method selected.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
dq999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and periodic promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time an offer is made.
Bonuses are issued in BDT to your dq999 account balance and are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. dq999 reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- 1 Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device or IP address. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times by creating new accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
- 2 Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before related winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific offer terms.
- 3 dq999 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds where fraudulent or abusive bonus activity is identified, including pattern betting to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of prohibited software, and collusion between players.
- 4 Seasonal and event-based promotions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and BPL season offers carry their own specific terms and eligibility windows. These are published at the time of the promotion and form part of these Terms when applicable.
- 5 Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
Gameplay Rules and Fair Use Policy

- 4 In the event of a system malfunction affecting the normal operation of any game or betting market, dq999 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant player accounts.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on dq999. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- 1 Money Laundering: Using dq999 for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly forbidden. dq999 applies transaction monitoring and will report suspicious activity as required by applicable compliance obligations.
- 2 Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after depositing funds into your dq999 account is a serious breach of these Terms. dq999 will pursue recovery of any funds obtained through fraudulent chargebacks and will permanently close the associated account.
- 3 Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated system to place bets, play games or interact with dq999 in a manner not intended for human players is prohibited.
- 4 Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market — including chip dumping in poker and match-fixing in sports betting — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
- 5 Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to dq999 by any person under the age of 21 is prohibited. This includes sharing account credentials with minors or knowingly permitting a minor to use your account.
Account Suspension and Termination
dq999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; the account has been inactive for an extended period; verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe; or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or the safety of other players.
If your account is closed by dq999 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds — may be forfeited at dq999's discretion. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability

Changes to These Terms

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
